TowFLEXX HD190 – 86.000kg / 190.000lbs
The HD190 was originally designed as a military towing solution for the likes of Lockheed Martin C-130 and Boeing KC-135.
The design is heavily based on the TowFLEXX TF5 that has been reinforced in multiple ways. It is the perfect towing aid for repositioning aircraft in and around the hangar, all electric, hydraulic free, completely remote control it is providing all round safety for the operator and the aircraft in tow.
TowFLEXX TF5 – 60.000kg / 132.000lbs

With its towing capacity of up to 60,000kg / 132,000 pounds, the TowFLEXX TF5 is a true heavyweight and unique in its class. Perfect for Super-Midsize Jets, Military Jets and Helicopters with Single- and Twin-Tires. However, the adjustable nose wheel adapters allow small aircraft to be moved. This makes the TF5 an absolute all-rounder, which is why it is used by FBOs, MROs, corporate flight departments, private owners and military personnel all over the world.
TowFLEXX TF4 – 14.000kg / 30.000lbs
The Towflexx TF4 is able to tow Aircraft and Helicopter up to 14.000kg / 30.000lbs. That is why the Tug is ideal for Twin Turboprops as well as for Small- and Midsize Jets. The Remote Control allows the Operator total Mobility during Maneuvering to move around the Aircraft freely, to observe the whole Repositioning the best possible Way.
TowFLEXX TF3 – 9.000kg / 20.000lbs
The TF3 is the smallest remote controlled aircraft tug of TowFLEXX. Within a few seconds the aircraft is picked up and can then be effortlessly manoeuvred to the desired location by remote control. The nose wheel is mounted on a specially designed turntable, which allows the operator to turn the tug 360° around the nose gear without twisting it. Up to 9.000kg / 20.000lbs
TowFLEXX TF2 – 4.000kg / 8.800lbs
The TowFLEXX TF2 is basically of the same construction as the TF1 but has a more power-ful motor and battery pack – the functions are the same. Switching between different aircraft is no issue and will just need a few seconds – no tools required! The universal adapter will be opened and closed by a bowden cable which is positioned ergonomically on the handle. So no bending or bowing is needed to dock the TF1 onto the airplanes front wheel. The battery pack can be removed by just lifting it up and be recharged wherever you want. The little but power- ful aircraft tug can also be used as GPU (not designed to start up engines).
